There were 3 flying objectives for this trip. Hallendale via North Perry Airport was cancelled due a schedule conflict. Due to mechanical problems with the plane and bad weather, we cancelled Tampa in favour of driving. What a drive, fender benders, fog, heavy rain, wind etc. Luckily it all abated in time for our arrival for a great evening with Linda and Gil who winter in the area. The drive back was much less dramatic.<\/p>\n

With the plane fixed, we flew a check out trip to Titusville Airport (which goes by the much cooler name of Space Coast Regional Airport).<\/a> Titusville is next to Cape Canaveral (Kennedy) so we flew along the space shuttle runway.
