{"id":3999,"date":"2022-02-09T02:55:33","date_gmt":"2022-02-09T07:55:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abelfamily.ca\/wordpress\/?p=3999"},"modified":"2023-08-11T23:02:52","modified_gmt":"2023-08-12T04:02:52","slug":"flying-in-january","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abelfamily.ca\/wordpress\/flying-in-january\/","title":{"rendered":"Flying in January"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>It has been quite a while since the last flying update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a big change of pace, I&#8217;m flying commercially now for a local air tour firm and a combination of good weather and a shortage of incumbents has me quite busy flying on the weekends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is quite a lot of fun, passengers are very motivated to enjoy the experience and I&#8217;m refining the flying and interaction with the clients with every flight which is motivating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m actually flying quite a bit more than anticipated; weather on the weekends has been surprisingly good.  And, I&#8217;m really enjoying the interactions with the passengers.
