Groundhog Day is coming and this year is unusual.

First, I have instituted a 1 week vacation tied to Groundhog Day every year and this is the first. Originally, I was planning to go to Florida for the Lantana Lou Groundhog party but that is now defunct. No problem, the Mount Dora Groundhog Day event is good too. Unfortunately, I was hit with a lot of things to do in town along with a bunch of expenses that I wasn’t expecting; plus, after over 10 years of real value to U.S. travel, suddenly virtually everywhere else is a better value than the U.S. Despite this, I expect to be in Florida in April or May, I may make it to Sun and Fun.
