Our anniversary is in mid August, this year was our 42nd.

Sam had business in St. Catharines so she arrived in the morning and spent the afternoon before we all set out for Toronto.

Trevor met us and we had a great dinner in an outdoor Cypriot restaurant, a festive mood prevailed.

There were some bumps in the road though; I left my wallet at home so after the festive dinner, we drove back to St. Catharines then back to Toronto.

On this saga, we encountered serious rain which was unfortunate as my car’s wiper mechanism essentially melted down (a surprisingly expensive repair btw); this was unpleasant.

Next day dawned clear and bright which was a relief. We enjoy a trip to Toronto every 6 weeks or so, we shop at a carefully selected list of ethnic food purveyors. We stocked up to our heart’s content which concluded our 42nd anniversary celebration.
