Bahamas
In late November, it is my second trip to Long Island in the Bahamas in a light plane.
Being the second visit, there are very few photos; you can check the photo album from January, 2020 (Note: just as the pandemic was being widely discussed) here.
In the south of the island, you will find the second deepest “blue hole” in the world at around 650 feet deep. This is a very mysterious phenomenon where sand from the beach is continuously washing into the blue hole and somehow exits into the ocean without accumulating.
In a second set of photos, we overfly Bell Island on the way back to Fort Lauderdale from Long Island.
